TOURS, REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Before enrolling your child in our program we strongly suggest that you arrange a tour of our facility.  Tours can be arranged by contacting our Program Director either by phone (607-272-7117) or emailing allison@dicc.org

The procedure for registration is as follows:

  • Fill out a registration form, including financial information to determine your fee rate on our sliding fee scale. Income verification must be provided in the form of a tax return or pay stubs. Determination is based on gross annual income.

  • Have a doctor fill out the medical form supplied by the Center or from this website and return it with the registration form.  They can also fax it to 607-272-4100.

  • Pay the annual registration fee: $25 for each child registered

 

  • Read the Parent Handbook or this website in its entirety. Fill out and sign all forms.

 

  • Full-Day registrants must pay two weeks tuition deposit which will be used for the child's final two weeks at the Center as long as two weeks notice is provided.

Payment for the Full-Day Program is weekly, at the beginning of each week. There is a box in the Director's office for payments. Failure to pay in full by the end of the week of service may result in a $5.00 or 5% of balance late fee. The fee for Drop-In Care is due at the end of each day.
